Topwater Land Holdings is a family owned and run land investing business operated by Aaron and Camille Singleton. Aaron is from the South and Camille is from the Northwest, but we ended up settling in the mountains of Utah. We love to travel and enjoy the many diverse landscapes of this great country.

 

Topwater Land Holdings specializes in buying rural parcels between 2 and 40 acres in size, mainly in the Southeast and Northwest.
